SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Closing the thread validates some portion of what Darwinism expresses. Don't make a martyr of this clown.

Doing anything validates someone somewhere with a bug up their arse.

I, for one, do not like people who do nothing other than 'play' with the forum. More often than not it wastes a few minutes of my life.

Having said that, i personally don't care if it's re-opened or not. I'll leave that to Pundit.

Reopening it would at least let me post this: http://www.themodernword.com/eco/eco_blackshirt.html

EDIT: Or someone else can. I don't really care.

Martyrs are created by killing the opinionated.

Closing a thread like that just makes the internet a brighter place, in every sense.
"These children are playing with dark and dangerous powers!"
"What else are you meant to do with dark and dangerous powers?"
A concise overview of GNS theory.

If he hadn't opened it in Pundit's subforum, but say the design an development forum (where lots of folks are posting bullet pointed manifestos) I wouldn't have been so quick to close it. But this was an obvious attempt to troll and clearly wouldn't be of interest to Pundit, so I closed it.

How 'bout moving it to the other forum, then?

I'd love to see Elliot's Umberto Eco link added to it.

No; its not really possible to "validate" someone who copypastes Umberto Eco and then replaces key words with RPG terms.

In fact, since its the second time an SA goon has resorted to this idiotic example of spamming, I'm going to make it clear right now that the next person who does it will be banned.  Its nothing but a blatant case of site disruption.
