This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Quote from: BedrockBrendan;934596That is awesome. A lot of cool elements coming together there. Thanks for sharing. I have a personal hand-done map of Songbird Villa if you or the GM would find it useful (it isn't an official map, just one I did for my own sessions).
Thank you for the feedback! I'm finding it quite fun for now, myself.

I'm sure that the GM would find the map useful if you don't mind sharing! She definitely likes maps more than I do:).

Quote from: BedrockBrendan;934599Some news regarding the Sects of the Martial World line. One of the things that makes this affordable for Bedrock is because RPGnow calculated sales based on #copies sold/day, we could feasibly get into the top 10 best seller list, which would help boost overall sales and give us revenue to balance out the art cost of each PDF. I was just informed they are switching to a new algorithm that changes it to sales $/day. So a 10$ book that sells ten copies is going to be higher on the list than say a 5 dollar book that sells 11 copies. This means a 50 cent PDF is going to have an exceptionally hard time cracking that list and that we might lose money with each sect book. I haven't decided what to do yet, but I probably will have to make a change to our plan with the sect books.
Well, the change in the algorithm sucks, but I'm sure you'd find a way to adapt.
BTW, any updates for the Immortals and Sinners book;)?

I am going to put out as many of the Sect Books as we can, then maybe we will switch to a different thing like little adventures or something.

The Profound Masters and Immortals book is something I intend to give a full two years of development. That is going to be much more based on the Xianxia genre. We've been play testing material and I've been working on it. I have almost a full book worth of stuff but it is all potentially on the chopping block. If you want though I can send stuff your way if you are interested by email (and feedback is more than welcome at this stage).

On top of that, I should have the Ogre Gate Inn and Strange Land of Li Fan book out soon. Will follow that with a book set in Hai'an called the War of Swarming Beggars (both are modules/setting books).

That is awesome. Keep them coming. Someone is nailing the Two-Timing Cockerel dialogue.

Also, just an FYI, there wont' be a Sect Book in January. There is a lot of characters in the next one and I need to wait a month so we don't blow our art budget. This one will be a little more Legend of Zu in style.

Everything the Two-Timing Cockerel said was devised by my wife who's running the game, and I'll let her know:). The answers to that are the jobs of the players.

Any hints what it would be about, so I could tell the GM she doesn't need to detail that;)?

Thank you, though now I'll be wondering for over a month why Brother Wolf is a Righteous Maiden:D!

And the plot, as much as you get of it in a sandbox game, thickens!

Record time for proving Bantering Peacock's guilt. And I fought a stronger enemy again!

I am enjoying reading these. Sounds like you and Unkempt lion really had it out.
