Any news for people that don't like vlogs, but would be happy with an approximate release date, just less general than the "summer 2016" listed on your website;)?

So the gist of it is we are in the last stage of layout (we lost our original layout guy shortly after it first went into layout, so that caused a bit of a delay). New layout person is doing his final pass this week. It could be out as soon as two weeks from now in PDF. It could take longer though if there are any issues fine tuning the layout. This is just a matter now of tweaking the placement of images and making sure all of our formatting is in order.
