This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Looking for people to run playtests of an alt history Roman setting (takes place during reign of caligula). Will give credit in book and a free pdf of game when it's released.

I am interested...what sort of group size etc. are you wanting?
:hmm:
Form the group wisely, make sure you share goals and means.
Set norms of table etiquette early on.
Encourage attentive participation and speed of play so the game will stay vibrant!
Allow that the group, milieu and system will from an organic symbiosis.
Most importantly, have fun exploring the possibilities!

Running: AD&D 2nd. ed.

My only options for playing or running games at the moment is pbp/pbemail. If that wouldn't present a problem, I would love to take your setting for a pin. By "setting", do you mean it is not designed to run with any particular system? If so, do you have any recommendations for systems that would go well with it?
Running: A Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying
Playing: Nothing at the moment.
Working On: Iron and Chaos (Pulpy swords and sorcery setting using modified/optional OSR rules), 20 Warriors for Hire (Twenty down on their luck warriors for OSR games who are looking for work as hirelings, henchmen, mercenaries, or meat shields)
