I'm working on an Indian mythology inspired fantasy game about taking risks, larger than life characters that grow through hardship and cinematic action. Hopefully that's a decent short description, haha. Not my forte.
Anyways, One of the mechanical focuses of the game is teamwork. I would like feedback on "Circles" a group sheet mechanic that I think helps promote that. In world, groups of awakened band together in groups and use a ritual to link together, allowing them to look out for each other and better coordinate their abilities. These groups are called Circles and advance much like an individual player does. Circles have their own sheet, used to track group resources and relationships, as well as special circle abilities that are gained as the group advances. You can find the current rough here:

I would really appreciate any help, feedback, criticism or questions!
Oh. Forgot to mention:
There were three goals with circles. I would love feedback or criticism on wether these goals were accomplished, and how to improve.
- Have a group sheet to consolidate information and resources
- Encourage teamwork and shared investment
- Cut player downtime. When groups get split, the people that aren't the focus have to sit around and wait. That is fantastically boring, and something circle abilities can help alleviate
Also as an in universe concept instead of a metagame concept, they can be interacted with and open up story possibilities.
