I have four RPG projects on the go. I want to maximize my effort and focus on one of the projects. My question to the RPGsite is:
On which project do I focus my energies?
1. [Working title: Merv in Black] - this project is a smaller, core RPG product (around 80 to 90 pages in length when completed). It is set in modern day, in the town of Sunny Lake. The PCs play one of the townsfolk and solve the many mysteries that occur around Sunny Lake.
Currently Complete: 25%
2. [Working Title: Pit Fighter] - this is a small tactical/RPG project (around 20 to 30 pages in length when complete). The players manage teams of pit fighters who enter the pits and fight to the death for money and glory.
Currently Complete: 15%
3. [Working Title: Between the Pipes] - a board game revolving around the game of hockey where the player plays a specific team in a fictional pro-hockey league.
Currently Complete: 50%
4. [No Working Title] - a revamp of Realm Antique.
Currently Complete: 15%
I'd say 2 and 3.

My vote would be for Realm Antique 2, but you probably knew that! :D

Thanks for the input guys. Now, we'll see where this little survey takes us.:D
You should do Pit Fighter, with an optional setting of the PCs - the fight team managers - being correctional officers in a US prison.
1st - I would go with the hockey game because you are the closest to completion there and I haven't heard of a boardgame covering that. (I could be wrong on that though).
2nd - The pit fighter game has been done somewhat but others can use for their game or play it on its own merits. Plus, it a shorter project.:)
Kyle. :D The PCs are the team managers. They are the ones sending their teams into the pits to fight opponents. In addition, there is a PvP component.
As for Between the Pipes I have the core finished. It's fleshing out the details that is killing me. It requires a lot of play test, so I'll have to encourage my playing group to give it a few tries.
I finished Pit Fighter. It's a tiny (4-page) game. Lots of fun! Not serious at all.
Right now, I'm putting out a book version of the Creep Chronicle. I'll follow that up later this year (probably much later this year) with a game I'm working on. It's none of the games mentioned above. Clash knows only too well that I suffer from design ADD.
2. [Working Title: Pit Fighter] sounds like a good giggle. I'd give that one a shot, it apeals the most.

Oooh! Shiney new concept! Drop what I'm doing and run after it! Oooh! More shiney! :D
