Alright vote on the prototype logo for Derelict Delvers!

Logo 1: The Death Medallion


Logo 2: Oooh Shiny


Logo 3: Basic and Elegant




Most of these won't work "shiny" as a full logo (that is no lens glare..) the basics though will remain

your third one is an image shack notice about exploitables and such, but the other 2 are pretty cool.

Can't see the second.  Prefer the first, maybe with a pyramid and all seeing eye instead of a Star of David.

No worries, I'm playing around with a lot of things.

I'm not sure why other people can't see them. All of those links and thumbnails show on my machines (even with history cleared.)

Thanks. I may do something else in the long run--but I like that one too.

The word "Delta" (or at least I think that is the word at the bottom of the logo) is just too unreadable with a same coloured background. Like the designs (third one best) just need better contrasts.

Awesome. But I think I need a more "rocket ship" looking vehicle. Probably put it across the black sun/station backdrop.  The original era DD* came out in is sort of retro-pulp. After all look at Buck Rogers, BSG, Star Trek, and other shows which inspired the creators from the 60's plus, never mind the books!  Plus of course the 4th Edition (Delta) came out after Flash Gordan!




*Yes totally made up fictional timeline of its creation in 1972

What software are you tinkering with? I can dump you an SVG of that logo if you want to use it as a launching point for something else.

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is what I'm using. I basically have been trying to find a good reference for a pulp "missile" or X-plane style rocketship for a possible logo piece. (The best image I've found is for some rendering engine pack for a 3-D program, but that's only images of the pack. )
I may need to download blender and try and fo a 3-D render myself. (Yay new software, that I have no idea how to use.)
