This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I am trying to find a public domain map of Saudi Arabia for an upcoming module. I need one that is black and white and high resolution. Does anyone know of a reliable and trustworthy source for this sort of material?

Have you perhaps tried old military maps

I found this Utexas maps and this Antique Military Maps without too much hassle which seems like they might have something you want if you want to searching.

Most of Saudi Arabia is available in good detail here.

These are part of the International Map of the World 1:1000000 series and are government documents. Provenance is a little tricky; these appear to be British but have been vetted for copyright by the Perry-Castenada library at UT. They are also a little dated.
