This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

What are you lookong for exactly? City maps are widely available. You can always use stuff like google earth and mapquest as well. Are you looking to design a modern city or use an existing one?

One advantage of a modern city is you can (and probably have) visited or lived in one. That takes out a lot of the hard work for you. Very easy to imagine cool locations when you have seen something first and.

basically use a D&D maps and turn it into fictitious modern cities that is great in designs, artwork and gameplay.

Do you mean hex maps, six sided spaces? Or square grid maps. Or taking a supplement map and rebranding it modern? I don't think I've ever seen a hex map of a modern city. That could actually be very interesting. Better off just to use google earth and a ruler though, if you want it fast and dirty, and who doesn't...

I have the same question as the above poster. Do you mean maps of modern cities in the style of D&D maps (assuming you mean hex here) or do you mean you want existing D&D setting maps converted to be modern cities? Or maybe you are taking about terrain tiles?
