This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

So, a number of people here design games - and some share them freely.  Others are looking to get a few more eyes on their playtests.  That's who I'm talking to with this post.

I have a website (linked in my sig), which has huge buckets of room and plenty of spare bandwith.  It has a feed with about 300 subscribers.

If you'd like a few more eyes on your game, feel free to visit the "games from everywhere" file section here and upload your game - be sure to credit yourself.  If there's a license involved, say so.  You don't even need to register on the site.

I'll list it in the "free game list" on the site, and link to your site (if you have one), or wherever you'd like for me to point people.  Or you can do this, if you're registered (it's a wiki; hell, if you want to build your own "about the game" page for something you've put on-site, feel free).  And I'll drop a note about it into the site feed.

Your benefit is more eyes on your game; basically, some free publicity.  I don't know if it'll net you feedback for playtests.  Maybe, maybe not.

My benefit is more traffic, more construction towards the thing I'm trying to build over there.

I am wiki challenged but I will do whatever makes it easier for you. To that end, here is the latest version of Iridium V2.
Here is a revised rough draft: Iridium V2.
Let me know what you think. I will take all comments and play tests. Editorial comments welcome too.

Our forum works well but let me know if you would rather have them pointing off somewhere else and I will be there.

I was not sure how you wanted to handle the multiple files. If you want I will upload to your site but it would be easier for me to update one source (the files on my site) and then have you (or me) update play testers. Let me know if that does not work.

Oh, and it is current a very open OGL.

Thanks!

When you look around you have to wonder,
Do you play to win or are you just a bad loser?

I threw the files into the Games section, listed and linked from the wiki-list, and sent an article out on the feed.

You can view the feed article Here; it's pretty much identical to the Game note on the wikilist.

Hopefully this is groovy; if you'd like me to change that at all, let me know.

(I'd love to give feedback on the game proper, but I'm currently so ridiculously enamoured with the dragons of Clash that I'm spending much of my spare time tinkering with the system.  Hopefully I'll get find the willpower to tear myself away and give input before you're feeling done.)
