This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Hello guys (and sorry for my poor english)

1/ where have you seen french dwarf ?!  Hulk is green but "schtroumph" are blue !
2/ i'm ok to join your team ! let me explain you the best way to weaponize a baguette : you cut the baguette in two pieces ... you take butter but "breton's butter" (a butter with salt inside) ... you eat it early in the morning when the sun is just appearing in the sky... and it's a true weapon ! it will kill your "hungry means"!!!! It's so good :)

Have you ever taste "crepe bretonne au chocolat et au beurre salé" ... so good ˆˆ
French is the cooking realm ... the war is just between famous cookers !

I got a rough translation of "salted butter" and thought nothing of it. But checking up online it appears to be a specialty of Brittany, and far tastier than it sounds in English. I've had Brittany salt and it is delicious. Salted buteer is already good, but extra salted? Like full flavored cream? Sounds good!

I'll have to check a local crepe shop to see if they do a similar specialty. Stranger ingredients show up on these shores. I'd try it.
Just make your fuckin\' guy and roll the dice, you pricks. Focus on what\'s interesting, not what gives you the biggest randomly generated virtual penis.  -- J Arcane

You know, people keep comparing non-TSR D&D to deck-building in Magic: the Gathering. But maybe it\'s more like Katamari Damacy. You keep sticking shit on your characters until they are big enough to be a star.

Quote from: The Traveller;656258And you've clearly never heard of the baguette masters of the Rue du Bastard!
Oh, la Rue du Bâtard? Mais oui, absolument! I know this guy. Nice fellow. Nice crepes, too. The wife is a bit of a bitch, but if you tune her out, and show up at 5 AM when the croissants are still warm, you're good to go!

yes it's cool !

Je ne le prends pas mal ! C'est juste que je suis frustré de ne pas pouvoir vous suivre ! ;)

salted butter : yes, it's a speciality from a french area.
Look at this place : http://www.photosdebretagne.com/finistere/
"Bretagne" is the place of Arthur's King... With the Brocéliande wood !
Magic place :)
And in this area, we like butter :)
But salted butter (extra salted... is a marketing strategy...).
We make caramel with salted butter : delicious !

Thanks all ! You are very cool guys :)
