I'll have to check it out in a while. Sorry, but I'm swamped right now. Unless you want to give me the gist of it on here?

Others might want to know what the fuck it is too, so they have some idea if its worth their while clicking for a PDF download.

The Gist:

It's sixteen half-sized pages, two of which are covers.

It's got a basic "how to play", a way to create situation collaboratively, and a bargaining mechanic for resolution.

After situation is built, it divides up GM and Player authority in a way that is almost dead-smack in the middle between hardass old-school and weirdass new-school.  The GM owns the situation once play begins, and the players own character intent, in absolute terms - but are told rather specifically that things are not normally applied in those terms.
