The Gist:
It's sixteen half-sized pages, two of which are covers.
It's got a basic "how to play", a way to create situation collaboratively, and a bargaining mechanic for resolution.
After situation is built, it divides up GM and Player authority in a way that is almost dead-smack in the middle between hardass old-school and weirdass new-school. The GM
owns the situation once play begins, and the players
own character intent, in absolute terms - but are told rather specifically that things are not normally
applied in those terms.
