Inspired by the recent talk of a Hex-a-Day project, I thought to revisit a series of blog posts I followed years ago that showed the step-by-step construction of a Hexcrawl. Because I can't find the link in my bookmarks, I'm relatively sure it was from 2019 or before.

If I remember correctly, the author posted about one hex a day or so and built it out as a hex flower. I think the map was built in Hexographer (maybe Worldographer if closer to 2019). Each hex had about one page of material written for it. I think the terrain was more arid and one of the more memorable features was a mountain range called something like, 'Spine of the World' or 'Backbone of the World'. Maybe?

The series went for at least five rings! I liked the series so much that I copy-and-pasted some of the work into a pdf but stopped around the third ring or so. I think I even reached out to the author to share the work I did. But I can't find that either. That's why 2019 makes sense. I moved and the computer I was using at the time is still packed away.

I've tried googling everything I could think of, but no hits. This is pissing me off because I have all sorts of D&D stuff saved (in multiple places), but this one seems to have slipped through my archiving. Any help in directing me to this series would be greatly appreciated.
