This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Inspired in part by Pundits "stat Teddy" thread, posting this from my new game "servants of gaius" (still in development). These are my stats for caligula using our Network system (these represent d10 dice pools, other skills not mentioned are assumed to be at 0d10--roll 2d10 and take the lowest result). In SOG Caligula is assumed to be a god so he also has a power entry after his stats.

Physical defenses range from 3-6, mental defenses 6-9. Skills range from 0-3d10.

Feel free to critique my skill choices for the emperor:

Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus Germanicus (“Caligula”)

Powers
Bless: Caligula can confer a +1d10 bonus (applied to a skill group of Caligula's choosing) to anyone he wishes for an entire day (but this tires Caligula each time he does so, effectively causing a single wound until the blessing ends). Because each blessing causes Caligula one wound, he rarely blesses more than a single person. For example, Caligula could confer a +1d10 bonus to all of Herod's Mental Skills for a day, but would himself suffer -1d10 to his own skill rolls until the blessing expired. If he blessed both Herod and Claudius, he would walk around with a -2d10 penalty. Were he to bless Claudius, Macro and Herod, Caligula would become Incapacitated (though he wouldn't start dying) and wouldn't recover until the blessings were done. This limitation on Caligula's bless power isn't because he is a weak god, but because he is a god in human guise (so it isn't his divine spirit that is weakened but his human flesh).
