This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

(I'll be developing the game in this thread)

'Being, therefore, an urban fantasy of various societies, each of which desires not to end up on the front page of the newspaper, because the end of that would be really annoying. Especially when someone knocks on your door at 4 AM, wishing for a love potion, nineteen seconds before your Elixer of Dreamless Sleep finishes, during which the slightest sound will mean no end of your insomnia. If only you hadn't gotten cursed by your ex-wife...'

Hidden
Hidden is a game of wizards, mages, vampires, werewolves, high-powered martial artists, college fraternities and other secret societies, operating under the radar of 'normal' society, if only because you'd have to actually pay for the blood you nicked from the red cross.

This isn't a 'shiney specialness' game. Spending hours gazing into the true face of the cosmos, awakening after centuries of sleep, spending hours learning how to break bricks with your pinky or spending 19/6 plastered doesn't leave much time to learn...

...social skills, how to navigate in society, manage accounts, keep the living room clean, not be hopelessly confused by advanced algebra or the modern use of english, the names and uses of various foods and spices in various dishes or how to use a shotgun.

Nevertheless, if being able to throw fireballs from your fingertips is a draw for you...We got that.
The main problem with government is the difficulty of pressing charges against its directors.

Given a choice of two out of three M&Ms, the human brain subconsciously tries to justify the two M&Ms chosen as being superior to the M&M not chosen.
